María José Escobar founded Meztli Living to create space for women to connect to their purpose and live in their field of infinite possibilities. By bringing together the principles of Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and energy healing to educate her clients while showing them how to ACTIVATE growth into their lives. After studying and applying these practices into both her life and her four-year-old son's life, María José noticed that San Antonio was missing an element of connection between women and their innate capacity to heal and grow. She encountered that many women have invested time and money reading self-help books, listening to motivational podcasts, watching the inspiring ted talks, and attending life-changing retreats only to return to their patterns and routines once they got home. Researching mindsets and why this happens became a key factor in developing her 1:1 program, thus Meztli Living was born. Clients experience personal tutoring and coaching where they benefit from unleveled self-worth, grounding, connecting and living their purpose, assistance quelling anxiety, and life-changing inner harmony. Her training as an Ayurvedic Integrative Nutritionist, an experienced 500 hour registered yoga teacher, a Deepak Chopra meditation instructor and an Activation Method Life Coach has led her to work with mostly women, but her experience as a mother to Jens has also allowed her to bring mindfulness to children and teenagers. During the thick of the pandemic Meztli took off as businesses were also interested in their employee's mental health. As a Latina woman born in Mexico City, María José named her company Meztli to connect to her roots as it means “moon" in Nahuatl, the language of the Aztecs. 

Lisa is a friend, coach, and creator of the Thriving Women’s Conference. After traveling the world as an engineer, going to culinary school, opening Rose River Bakery, and having 2 sweet boys Lisa was living her dream but was personally struggling. She sought out the solution, transformed from frustrated to fulfilled, and began to Thrive in all aspects of life! After realizing other women were struggling just like she once did, Lisa started sharing the keys to her success. Lisa now helps women to Thrive personally and in their business by confidently making the decisions that are right for them and their family without guilt, fear, or comparison.
