In 2018, Darcy Hamilton came up with an amazing idea! She wanted to celebrate the mom entrepreneur community, so the Time Out for The Creative Mompreneur conference was born.

Darcy worked hard to provide the best learning experience to Mompreneurs in the South Texas area. In January 2019 the first conference was held in New Braunfels. Unfortunately, Darcy had to step down not long after the first conference, passing thebaton to Selene Aguilar.

After a few months, Selene met Paty Duet at one of the Rising Tide Tuesday’s Together meetings in San Antonio. Paty joined forces with Selene and her mission in November of the same year. 

Selene and Paty began to plan together for the conference in March of 2020. Two weeks before the big event, the world came to a sudden stop and Selene and Paty learned pretty quickly that their hard planned conference would not become a reality. 

Selene and Paty decided that the best option would be to turn the conference to a virtual event in the Fall of 2020. 

In January of 2021, Selene felt the needed to step down from her role and Paty became the new lead host of the conference. 

Paty thrives with the help of other people, so she decided to add another amazing Mompreneur to the team, Stephanie Delgado. Stephanie joined the cause in March 2021. 

Our mission is to form a tribe of mompreneurs that can connect, relax, learn, and evolve together in a loving, kind, and understanding environment.

We want to bring awareness to mompreneurs that they are not alone in their journeys, that motherhood is both beautiful and hard, and that they deserve to make their passions happen and bring their desires/ dreams to reality.
